Security Objectives on Information 

Our objective at CasinoTopsOnline is to manage information security to ensure that core and supporting businesses will operate with little disruption. 

We guarantee that any data we manage and store is subject to stringent confidentiality procedures, and measures are taken to ensure that data integrity is maintained. 

Policy Statement 

This Policy aims to protect our organisation’s information data from all threats, whether internal or external, accidental or deliberate.

It is the organisation's policy to ensure that:

1. Any confidential information that needs to be accessed will only be done by those who are authorised to do so. We always follow the principle of the least privilege. 

2. Our information availability, security, and stability are consistent when changes occur in our CasinoTopsOnline systems. 

3. Our client information and business information must remain secure at all times.

4. We are a leading affiliate in the industry, delivering world-class security measures to our customers and iGaming partners. 

5. Our business processes and systems must always comply with the Gaming Regulations and other legal requirements for our various licences.

Risk Treatment 

Any CasinoTopsOnline risks get handled through a Risk Management Framework. This framework adopts a risk-based approach by applying mitigating measures proportionate to the level of risk identified. 

Responsibilities

Each staff member is responsible for adhering to the CasinoTopsOnline Security Policy. The managers integrate and implement these Information Security requirements within their teams. The Management Representative plans, implements, and operates the Information Security Management System (ISMS) within the CasinoTopsOnline platform. 

The Internal Audit Committee verifies that the ISMS is effective. It is subject to review when any organisational changes deemed significant occur.
