It’s more about the setting, with its tree trunks, vines and large fanned-out leaves that frame the cards. Still, the sound effects give the idea of a natural environment teeming with life.

Luscious landscape

Thanks to the subtle and rich colour palette, the game looked great on my phone screen. Instead of garish greens and cartoonish parrots, I enjoyed dark greens that are almost black apart from where they’re hit by the hazy light.It’s a more sophisticated feel, which I appreciated.

Building on that atmosphere, the animations of glow worms floating up the screen kept it subtle while adding some movement to draw my eye. The music and sound effects transported me to the wilderness without being too piercing. I liked that they kept a steady pace while also adding a touch of life that set the scene.

Bingo with a twist

The tiger only appeared if I got bingo. However, its glowing eyes regularly appeared on the screen, which added to the sense of mystery and excitement. The design manages to fit everything you need for a game of bingo on the screen without making it too cluttered.

I particularly appreciate how the jungle landscape fits the format. The wooden cards don’t look out of place against the trees. Plus, the looping vines hold the 10 extra balls beside the cards. When the voice interrupted, calling out my wins, I found it a little strange, but actually, I liked the nod to the classic game format.

Unleashing a bingo bonus

Once I bought an extra ball, it would reveal the number and fill in the corresponding one on the cards. Sometimes, I chose to buy all 10 balls, sometimes none, and other times, I stopped at two or three, especially once they filled in the gaps for my wins! 

I recommend taking care of how much you spend. If you know you’ll want extra balls, take that into account when setting your bet amount and managing your bankroll. The price for balls often increases after the first few. I saw it go above my initial bet amount several times.

The Darwin Ball was a nice little extra surprise. It certainly helped me fill in some gaps to create winning patterns. The software provider's logo randomly appeared on the screen when I bought an extra ball. Everything turned a fiery orange, like a tiger, and I got to pick the number of the ball.

Why Tiger Bingo left a positive Impression

It’s the atmosphere of the game that struck me most. If something is nice to look at and immersive, I’m much more likely to play again. That’s the case with Tiger Bingo, with its jungle setting that was just a pleasant scene to hang out and play.

I liked the software provider’s attention to detail in showing me where my wins could come from and how much I could get. The extra ball feature, especially the Darwin Ball, is a nice touch.
