Otherwise you can send the support team an email via the contact form. In our experience, it can be fairly slow to get a response from Pulsz in this way, which is why we’d like live chat. 

Alternatively, you can reach out publicly on social media. This is a solid option because other users can also see your message, and might be able to help you.

If you find yourself in need of some help, you can contact the friendly support team by phone or email. The phone service is available 24 hours, seven days a week. There are two contact numbers for the team, which is helpful as it keeps costs to a minimum for players. Problems With Pulsz.com

We were surprised to see the number of player issues for such a new site. These are mixed bags and mostly revolve around redeeming prizes. The complaints relate to the time this takes and also uploading ID. There are also several problems with the minimum prize redemption of $100. We agree that this is high, but with a little research, all of these factors can be discovered before signing up at Pulsz.com. So there are no real surprises with these terms. 

The customer support team seems very active on the review sites, and they have addressed and fixed most of the existing problems. There are also questions raised regarding the site's licensing and prolonged app. We hope that Pulsz.com manages to get on top of the raised issues.
