Alphabook Casino Compared to other casinos
What Bonuses Did We Claim at Alphabook?
This site has a focus on sports bonuses, but there are still a few offers available for casino players. There’s a welcome package, weekly reload bonuses and a cashback scheme.
Overall, the promotions are accessible for every bankroll, but the wagering requirements are relatively high. Let’s explore the different casino bonuses and how you can claim them.
Is the Welcome Bonus Generous?
The welcome bonus is incredibly generous in terms of percentage matches and maximum amounts. It’s a package spread over four deposits. We claimed the first part, which is a 200% match up to $1,000, with our first deposit of $100.
We noticed the minimum required is $10, although the casino lists its minimum transaction limit as $20. For our second deposit, we got a 100% match up to $1,000. For the third and fourth deposits, 100% matches are up for grabs up to $1,500.
This is all nice and dancy, but a 45x wagering requirement that applies to each set of bonus funds is just too much. The industry average is about 35x to 40x so this was disappointing to see.
Claiming Reload Bonuses
Every Monday, you can claim a reload bonus. It’s a 100% match up to $100. It applies to the first deposit you make on Monday, and a 40x wagering requirement applies. We found that we could use the funds in the casino and live casino, and they expired after seven days.
Does Alphabook Have a Cashback Offer?
Yes, Alphabook has a weekly cashback offer. Each Tuesday, your casino and sportsbook losses are counted, and you get 5% cashback of up to $100. We received our cashback payments pretty promptly each Wednesday.
What Does It Take to Become an Alphabook VIP?
You don’t need to do anything to get special treatment at Alphabook. While it doesn’t have a VIP scheme, we found that we were automatically enrolled in the loyalty program. It has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond.
You move up by earning 1,000 points for every $100 you wager, although we discovered that only slots contribute 100%, baccarat bets don’t count, and all other games contribute 10%.
You can exchange 1,000 points for $1. Plus, once you move up to the other tiers, you get weekly cashback ranging from 2% at the Silver level to 10% for Diamond players.
How Quick Is the Registration Process?
Registering at Alphabook only takes a few minutes. If you’re ready to claim your bonus and play, follow these steps.
-
Visit the site and hit the join button - we registered via the desktop site, but you can create an account on your mobile if you prefer.
-
Create your username and password, enter your email address and agree to the terms. - we had to pick a name that was at least eight characters long.
-
Provide your address and phone number - the casino automatically set our location to Canada and our currency to CAD when we registered.
-
You’re all set - we’ll cover deposits and which games you can play below.
What Kinds of Games Are Available at Alphabook?
The games lobby is split between the casino and the live casino. If you prefer connecting to a live stream, check out the game shows and live dealer tables. As for the main casino page, you can explore jackpots, Megaways, classic slots and the top and latest games. We used the software provider filter to see titles from Pragmatic Play, Wazdan and Playtech.
Which Slots Are Available at Alphabook?
We headed straight for some of the most popular online slots, including Gates of Olympus and Age of the Gods: God of Storms. If you want to try something new, we always recommend clicking the ‘play for fun’ option to access the demo games. However, none of the gaming library was accessible without signing up. This might have just been a glitch when we first checked, but it was disappointing nonetheless.
The casino has titles from Quickspin, Spinomenal and BGaming, which means you can access many different slot themes and features in its library.
Exploring the Table Games Category at Alphabook
Head to the roulette tab to bet on red or black. If you prefer blackjack, poker and baccarat, pay a visit to the card games section. Both categories are packed full of entertaining games.
We had a lot of fun playing Premium European Roulette from Playtech. However, the game that really captured our attention was Poker3 Heads UP Hold’em or Fold’em.
Is There a Large Live Casino at Alphabook?
Yes, there’s a reasonably large live casino with over 100 games. If you want a slightly more social experience, there are some excellent options here. The game shows, like Sweet Bonanza CandyLand and Everybody’s Jackpot, are a lot of fun.
We particularly liked the energy when playing Spread Bet Roulette, a classic game with a twist. Don’t miss Majority Rules Speed Blackjack, either.
Can You Bet on Sports at Alphabook?
Yes, the sports betting side of the site is just as good as the casino. We found plenty of markets in the in-play section, especially for esports, although we mostly focused on basketball.
A neat feature is the Bets Feed, where you can take inspiration from what other people are betting on and copy wagers you like the look of.
What We Thought of the Play Experience at Alphabook
Overall, we liked the layout and the design of Alphabook. If you use the search function or the provider filters, you’ll quickly find what you want. Some of the game categories were missing titles that you could see from the full list or included games that weren’t relevant.
Can You Play at Alphabook on Your Phone?
Yes, you can play at Alphabook on your phone. But do you want to? Probably not. The loading time is ridiculously slow for 2024. There is absolutely no reason for this level of lag. Plus, if you see the mobile app banner on the desktop site, it’ll offer you a QR code for mobile play. This makes you think that you will have access to an app or something. But no. It just sent us to the mobile site, as there isn’t a dedicated app.
How Do You Initiate Deposits and Withdrawals at Alphabook?
Once you’re signed in, you can initiate deposits and withdrawals from your wallet in your profile. If you want to use crypto, you can select that option and choose your currency. The casino accepts mainstream and lesser-known cryptos, including Bitcoin, Bitcoin, Dogecoin, Ethereum, Tether and Binance.
We used Interac, although other fiat methods are available, including Neosurf, Flexepin, Visa and Mastercard. We were pleased to see that the casino doesn’t charge fees for transactions. The deposit limits are $20 up to $7,000, and for withdrawals, it’s $30 to $7,000.
Withdrawals are fairly quick. If you haven’t verified your identity, it’s essential to do that first. We found the interface for uploading our documents pretty easy to use. After that, the casino aims to approve requests in 24 hours, although it can take up to seven working days. Your payment method also impacts the time. With Interac, our funds arrived in three days.
How Can You Contact Customer Support?
You can contact customer support via email, by filling out the contact form, or by sending a message on live chat. If you have an urgent query, live chat is the best option, although the chatbot responds first and connects you to an agent later. We used the FAQ section to get some basic information about verification.
