I believe a good storyline can make a slot player stay for longer. Although Burning Reels doesn't use a complicated storyline, it's exciting to let players join and watch firefighters doing their job. I can see how they do things up close and even participate in the action virtually. 

The slot’s bonus features

Burning Reels offers a few features that can contribute to your experience and potentially improve your payouts. If you're curious about what features may activate during your experience, here's how they work. 

This Wazdan slot has a few special symbols, like wilds and scatters. The two special symbols pay when they land in adjacent reels. The wild symbol works as a substitute for other characters, except the scatter and multiplier symbols. 

When three to five Scatters land in adjacent reels, starting from the leftmost position, they activate the free spins feature. You'll start with ten spins, but unfortunately, you can't get more spins during the free games.

There are many things that I like about Burning Reels. If I have to point out one, it's definitely the visual experience, as it exceeded my expectations. There are hundreds of slots using fire as their theme, using firefighters to present a fire theme was an excellent idea, and it was fun to see the firefighters' equipment as symbols. 

It was also impressive to see the animations playing constantly throughout the gameplay. I thought it would make the reels glitchy, at least, but the gameplay remained smooth in my experience. 

Despite only offering one bonus game, the free spins feature, Wazdan ensured it would be enjoyable and rewarding. With the multiplier in play, there's a chance to get a big payout from the free game. It's a shame I can't get more free spins during the feature, as it was also challenging to activate. 

Considering the strengths and weaknesses of Burning Reels, I still think the slot is a good choice for various types of slot players. The low volatility will serve beginners well, and the maximum bet is high enough for high rollers. 

On top of noting having other bonus games or features besides free spins, the slot's max win is too low for me, as it capped the win at 1,250x. I think the slot could be more rewarding if there was another feature on the base game.
