Summary
Casino Rating: 0/10

If you’re a lover of playing many casino games, then this is the online casino for you! There are over 3,000 casino games available, with categories like live casino, slots, jackpots, and table games. The promotions have rather fair and reasonable terms, ensuring you can play your favourite casino game with a boosted bankroll. Many variations of the classic casino games are available, with some exotic types thrown in the mix. I loved how user-friendly the game lobby is, with great filters and navigation tabs available. There is a solid variety of payment methods and CasinoDep offers a secure and fair platform.

CasinoDep Casino Bonus

CasinoDep offered a casino welcome bonus split into three parts over the first three deposits. The first deposit bonus was a 200% bonus up to €300, with a minimum deposit of €10. While the wagering requirement for the welcome bonuses was a little high at 40x, the casino gave players 30 days to complete it. Adding to that, they matched the initial deposit 200%, while most other online casinos offered a 100% match bonus. However, the operator added a winnings cap of 10x the first deposit, and any winnings above that were void.

The second deposit offer was a 100% bonus of up to €100, while the third offer was a 70% bonus of up to €700. All the same restrictions as the first deposit welcome promotion applied to the following welcome deposit bonuses. Besides the welcome offers, there weren’t many other permanent promotions available. Instead, CasinoDep offered multiple tournaments, seasonal promotions, and a refer-a-friend program.

The refer-a-friend program let players refer friends using a unique referral code. Players earned a 1% commission on bets by anyone who signed up with CasinoDep using the referral code. However, players only received a 1% commission on real money bets when no casino bonus was active.

CasinoDep Casino Bonus Code

The standard promotions did not use any promo codes. For the welcome offer, players selected the offer when making their deposit. Generally, CasinoDep listed any available promotions when players made their deposit, allowing them to choose which offer to claim. However, if there was ever a promotion using a bonus code, players had to enter it on the deposit page.

VIP Programme

The CasinoDep VIP programme had five VIP tiers: New, Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond. Players increased their tier by collecting loyalty coins. Players with less than one loyalty coin were in the New VIP tier. The Bronze tier was one to 500 loyalty coins, Silver was 500 to 3,000, Gold was 3,000 to 20,000, and the Diamond tier was 20,000 and more coins.

Players earned one loyalty point for every €20 wagered in the slot and arcade games, €30 wagered in jackpot slots, €50 wagered in table games, €60 in card and live casino games, and €150 in video poker. However, players did not earn coins while a bonus was active on their account.

Players could convert their coins into cash, with the conversion rate changing depending on their VIP tier. Here’s how it broke down:

  • Bronze level got €1 for every 50 coins

  • Silver level got €1.5 for every 50 coins

  • Gold level received €2 for every 50 coins

  • Diamond level received €3 for every 50 coins.

Players also received casino cashback, with the cashback percentage depending on their VIP tier. All players, no matter the VIP tier, got 10% live casino cashback, while slots and jackpots cashback ranged from 5% to 20%.

Games

There were over 3000 casino games available, with free online slots available in demo mode. Players could familiarise themselves with the slot’s gameplay using the demo mode before risking their bankroll playing for real money. The game lobby was extremely user-friendly, giving players various filters and game categories to find the most popular slots. They had a decent variety of table games and also featured the game categories of Card Games, Arcades, and Jackpot.

The navigation bar on the right gave players access to game providers if they were looking for a specific developer’s games. The operator marked all games eligible for bonuses with a blue bonus banner. Games had their category in brackets listed on the game icon when players hovered over them. This category ensured players knew what type of game they were playing and how it would affect their cashback and loyalty point earnings.

Live Casino

There was a massive selection of live casino games, with more than 400 titles offered. These titles ranged from providing classic live games like poker, baccarat, blackjack, and roulette to game shows like Crazy Time. Multiple variations of players’ favourite games were available, featuring exotic gameplay or innovative features. Examples of these variations included games like Lightning Roulette, Fortune Baccarat, and Salon Prive Blackjack.

Players also found less familiar but no less exciting table games. These titles included War of Bets, Lightning Dice, and Firefly Keno. While players couldn’t play these games using demo mode, they earned 10% cashback while playing any live game.

Sportsbook

CasinoDep was one of the best slot sites, but the operator did not offer a sportsbook. Unfortunately, sports bettors had to bet on another site, as CasinoDep mainly offered casino-exclusive games.

CasinoDep Casino on Mobile

Equal to the desktop site, the mobile site of CasinoDep was user-friendly and offered a massive host of games. Players experienced all the same features and pirate aesthetics that the desktop site provided, but they could easily play on the go using their mobile devices.

Players could download desktop software for instant access to the casino, and Android users could download a mobile app from the website. Unfortunately, there didn’t seem to be any mobile app for iOS users, but players could still play at the mobile casino through their mobile browser.

Payment Methods

CasinoDep was a low deposit casino, as the minimum deposit amount was €5 for almost all payment methods. However, if players wanted one of the three welcome bonuses, they had to deposit a minimum of €10. The finance team processed deposits instantly, and various popular payment methods were available.

However, it was vital to remember that not all payment methods were available in all countries, so players had to double-check their cashier after registering to see which options they could use.

Players could use Mastercard and Visa to make deposits or withdrawals and use prepaid cards like Paysafecard and Flexepin. CasinoDep listed several e-wallets, like Neteller, Skrill, MuchBetter, ecoPayz, eZeeWallet, AstroPay, and Jeton. Players could also use Bitcoin and Ethereum if they were crypto players.

CasinoDep Withdrawal Time

Most of the above methods were available for withdrawals, except Flexepin and Jeton Cash. Players couldn’t deposit using a bank transfer, but they could withdraw using it. However, while there were usually no fees applicable, SEPA bank transfers had a €30 fee. The minimum withdrawal amount was €50, and players had to complete their KYC verification, as the finance team couldn’t approve withdrawal requests before players were verified. The monthly maximum withdrawal limit was €10,000, with any withdrawal requests over that paid in instalments.

The casino’s processing time ranged between instant and three days maximum. Once the finance team approved a request, the withdrawal time depended on the withdrawal method. The withdrawal time ranged from instant to 24 hours for e-wallets, while bank transfers could take between three and ten working days.

Customer Service

If players needed to contact customer support, they had a variety of options to choose from. A 24/7 live chat was predominantly English, with some German support agents. However, support agents used translating tools to accommodate players who spoke other languages. The agents were friendly and effectively helped solve players’ queries.

A contact form was available on the Contact Us page, and this form served as the platform’s messaging system. Players could add a question to their account inbox, and when they logged on again, they would see any replies they received. Another way to contact the support team was by using the provided support email. The casino stated players could use this support email when sending a complaint.

CasinoDep Licence

Winzon Group LTD owned and operated CasinoDep, and held a Malta Gaming Authority licence. Malta Gaming Authority issued this licence in 2020, and players could view the licensing document by clicking on the MGA icon in the website’s footer.

While it wasn’t specifically related to the casino’s licensing, it was worth mentioning that all the CasinoDep games were tested independently by iTechLabs. Combined with the MGA licence, this ensured that CasinoDep was one of the most reliable and safe online casinos.

Problems With CasinoDep

There weren’t many drawbacks to playing at CasinoDep, but that didn’t mean there were none. The minimum withdrawal was relatively high at €50, and players preferred it to be a bit lower. Another problem was that this casino restricted an extensive list of countries. As such, it wasn’t as widely accessible as many other online casinos. It would also have been nice to see a sportsbook available.
