My first Impression of La Fiesta

La Fiesta made an impact as soon as the game loaded. If you’re curious about what made me interested and keeps me playing, here are my first few moments with the game.

Relax Gaming has never disappointed me in terms of design, but I didn’t expect the game to start with a fully animated cut scene! The opening animation took me around town as trucks drove tons of tomatoes to prepare for La Tomatina. Bulls are running around, getting ready for the festival of San Fermin. Roses are blooming for Las Fallas, and a stallion ended the scene for the San Juan festival. 

The cut scene sets my expectations high for the game. I also appreciate how Relax Gaming is committed to showing the cultural aspects of the festival right at the start of the game.

Engaging concept

Most people are excited about festivals, and Spain offers some of the most varied festivals in the world. It might take a long time for someone to experience and visit all these festivals at once, but La Fiesta makes it happen! They also contribute to the gameplay.

I also appreciate how the bonus features can randomly trigger during the base game, giving me more chances of hitting big or getting more wins. With the multipliers, expanding Wilds, and Sticky Wilds, I can create winning combinations even outside the bonus games. 

However, the slot’s high volatility might not be everyone’s cup of tea. Getting the Stallion Free Spins, which is the slot’s most valuable bonus feature, was challenging. Still, I got to experience some of the other Free Spins games, so I still think La Fiesta is an exciting slot to try.
