Good

While it’s good to get first impressions from a new casino, only time will tell if Trivelabet will become a regular place for me to play. If it was based on customer support alone, it would be a big thumbs up. The agents I spoke to were professional and informative.

I like the welcome bonus and the option to participate in many different tournaments. However, these offers are for slot players, not live casino fans. The choice of payment options is varied, although the withdrawal fee is a letdown.

Claiming a casino bonus

I began my time at Trivelabet on the promotions page, where I checked out the offers before depositing and claiming my reward. Here are the details on the available promotions.

Trivelabet Promotions

Welcome offer for new players

New players can claim a 200% match bonus up to $1,500. I appreciated the wager tracker, which showed me my progress toward the 30x wagering requirement. However, it was still a tall order to meet that in three days. Your bonus is only released once the bar is full.

It’s worth noting this offer is for slot fans, as table games and live casino bets don’t contribute. Plus, keep in mind that Skrill, Neteller and Paysafecard deposits won’t trigger the offer.

Drops & Wins

Trivelabet is a Pragmatic Play casino and runs its weekly tournaments, which payout from a monthly prize pool of $3,000,000. I like that there are daily drops, meaning you can win a prize on any spin. That’s on top of the regular and multiplier tournaments, where the players who do well in the challengers get points and prizes.

Spinoleague

Spinomenal slots also come with leaderboards and prizes. If you want even more action, a bet on the qualifying games will get you points that lead to rewards. Super Rounds give out double the points, and the higher you finish in the league, the bigger your share of the $15,000,000 prize pool.

Becoming a VIP

Trivelabet doesn’t mention its VIP program, apart from a hint that VIP players might be entitled to higher withdrawal limits in the terms. Since it’s a fairly new casino, I’ll be checking back throughout the year to see if there’s any new info and for seasonal bonuses.

My guide to creating a Trivalebet account

I captured my progress throughout the registration process so that you can follow in my footsteps. If you’re ready to start playing, use my guide to set you up right.

  1. Hit the ‘Registration’ button. I needed to add my email and cell number. Then, I created a password.

  2. Add your name, address and date of birth. Once you’ve confirmed you’re the legal age to play and have read the terms and privacy policy, you can proceed.

  3. Insert the code. I grabbed my phone at this point as a verification message arrived. The third page has a field where you should add the code the casino sent you in a message. If you don’t receive one, you can ask them to resend it, and you can contact support if you have any issues.

  4. Start playing. Once I had verified my number, I launched my account and checked the deposit options.

Heading to the Trivelabet games lobby

The lobby is split into two sections, with the regular games and the live ones on different pages. If you know exactly what you want, you can use the search function. I like to browse, so I found the categories handy for exploring. They include Recommended, Slots, New, Crash Games, and Provider of the Month. Hovering over a tile gives you the option to try the demo even before you register.

Slot selection

My first impression of the online slots category was that it’s packed with games from well-known providers. I got to play some all-time classics as well as some newer hits. I recommend checking out Sakura Fortune, Moon Princess 100, Legacy of Dead and Retro Tapes. If you look out for the red label, you’ll find slots with jackpots, including the Golden Dragon Jackpot and Cleopatra Jewels Jackpot.

Trivelabet Slots

Table games

I didn’t find it so easy to get to the table games, as they don’t have a dedicated tab. My way around that was to search for roulette, blackjack and poker. The results turned up plenty of options, including European and Mini Roulette, alongside other themes. I enjoyed playing Single Deck Blackjack and Texas Hold’em Poker 3D.

Visiting the live casino

You can head straight to the live casino from the main menu. I liked that there was a separate section for game shows, but I would have preferred some more subcategories for dice, roulette and card games.

The live casino games come from three of the very best providers: Evolution, Playtech and Pragmatic Play. It meant I was met with quality and variety, including game shows like Crazy TIme, Speed Baccarat, Mega Roulette and Sticky Bandits Roulette Live.

Trivelabet Live Casino

Trivelabet’s sports betting

Trivelabet isn’t just for casino games. If you also like to wager on sports, you’ll find pre-match and live markets for tons of events. I saw good coverage for ice hockey, basketball, tennis and even e-sports.

What it’s like to play at Trivelabet

Since this casino claimed hassle-free access, I thoroughly tested the user experience by navigating the site and checking load times. If you don’t want a gimmicky site, you’ll like the clean interface that puts the games front and centre.

I liked the menu links for the key pages, such as casino, live casino, sports and promotions, but I feel there could be more subcategories. Overall, I found that pages and games loaded relatively quickly.

Trivelabet’s mobile casino experience

I expect any casino launching in 2024 to deliver a top-notch mobile experience. If you want a Trivelabet app, you won’t find one, but I found mobile browser access to be sufficient. In fact, I found the layout even easier to navigate from my phone when I tested the site and its games on my Android device. The layout was mostly the same, but scrolling was more intuitive.

Trivelabet deposits and withdrawals

Trivelabet accepts a decent range of payment methods, including fiat and crypto options. In addition to Interac, you can also use ecoPayz, Mastercard, Visa, MuchBetter, Jeton and CashtoCode. Most options have a minimum deposit of $30, but I chose Interac, as it’s $15.

Withdrawal minimums are significantly higher, though, at $75, unless you’re using crypto, which is $30. I didn’t like that there’s a $4.50 fee for withdrawals. Most deposit methods have a maximum cap of $3,750, and for withdrawals, it’s $1,500.

Transaction times

In most cases, withdrawals are processed within one to three business days. I recommend completing the identity check, also called KYC checks, as early as possible, as that can slow things down. You should be able to check the status of your withdrawal, which is usually approved or denied within two days.

When verifying my identity, there was a longer delay, and the casino informed me that the money was coming but that it would take more than 10 days.

How can you contact customer support?

Customer support is available 24/7. If you have a question, I recommend using live chat to contact the team. I received a response within a minute when I had a query, although it took some clarification before I got the answer I needed.

Your other option is email, which can take longer but works best for complex queries, in my opinion. I would have liked to see a help centre or FAQ page, as they often cut down the time needed to find answers.

Is Trivelabet a site you can trust?

Yes, it’s a site you can trust, but with a few caveats. If you’re not familiar with Trivelabet, that’s not surprising. I hadn’t come across the name before I began my review, but that’s because it hasn’t been around for very long. For that reason, there isn’t much of a reputation or feedback from other users to go on when forming an opinion.

While the site ticks several other boxes in terms of security, it remains to be seen how the site treats its customers. I like to see that a site has been paying out consistently for a longer period. As with any new online casino, I’ll play more conservatively and keep my ear to the ground.

Trivelabet’s licence information

At the time of my review, Trivelabet had a Certificate of Operation from the Curacao Gaming Control Board (CGCB). The certificate permits it to operate, but it isn’t a licence. The application for the gaming licence was still in progress under the application number OGL/2024/1560/0833. It’s another reason to take things slow when it comes to my initial deposits and bets.

Is Trivelabet secure?

Even though the casino is still new and the licence application is pending, there are several promising signs that it’s trustworthy. It has a comprehensive privacy policy, which indicates that sensitive information, such as your password, is kept encrypted.

It also has clear terms and conditions alongside policies covering Know Your Customer (KYC), payments and refunds. I’m also reassured by the responsible gambling page, which has advice to stay in control, a test for problem gambling and contact details for support organizations.

It also mentions that you can contact support to take a break or set deposit limits. However, I would like to see self-exclusion to be mentioned as an option.

Problems players can encounter at Trivelabet

It’s still early days in terms of feedback from other users. I didn’t encounter many problems when playing at the casino. The main point that I would emphasize to other players to be wary of is to read the terms and conditions.

My verdict on Trivelabet

Overall, I got a positive impression from the site. If I had to describe Trivelabet in one word, it would be ‘promising’. I expect to see player reviews coming through before too long. I experienced some withdrawal delays, but the team kept in touch throughout the process.

On the other hand, the withdrawal fee is a bit off-putting for me, and three days to meet the welcome bonus wagering requirement isn’t long enough. Even so, I particularly like the game variety and the tournaments. Plus, the site is easy to navigate on mobile and desktop.
