When I first decided to play this game, I must admit that I was expecting it to look like most others using this theme. Vibrant reels, bright colours, a pyramid of sorts in the background, and so on. That’s not what you get with Aztec Might Cash Spree. It’s far darker in its design, especially in relation to the background. Thus, I was quite intrigued to see where gameplay would take me.

The easy-to-use game design and inviting theme

I like the fact that the game reels occupy most of the screen in this slot. That’s not to say everything else is pushed aside and out of view. The spin button on the right, as well as the options for autoplay and bet changes, are clear. Meanwhile, the insight into the jackpot payouts of the slot is displayed to the left, as are details relating to free spins and sticky spins.

It’s clear to see that you’re in a jungle or rainforest from the blurred yet visible foliage on display. It is the slot’s symbols which take centre stage as the most appealing part of base gameplay, though. These bring a lot more colour to the game, featuring stone carvings of different masks and the like. The soundtrack included in the game adds to the appeal, too, bringing an almost tribal sound to it.

Gameplay and mechanics

When you play Aztec Might Cash Spree, you must first determine your base bet. This is simple to do in the game, with the button featuring the + and – on it being the one you should turn to for changing the wager. Clicking on it displays the betting range of the slot, which starts at a minimum of €0.25 per spin. Aztec Might on mobile

Upon opening Aztec Might Cash Spree on my Android smartphone, I was similarly impressed by the background and graphics. The reels were placed well in the centre of the screen with the controls given ample space at the bottom of the screen. However, some of these were a little too small for my liking, making it slightly more difficult to see and press.

The reels themselves were very attractive, though, with the symbols popping well on my mobile’s screen. I wasn’t the biggest fan of how the jackpots were displayed at the top, as it took away from the immersion but, thankfully, not the gameplay. As a result, I would still recommend playing this game at any mobile casino.

Not only does this include stunning graphics, but it is slightly different to what most other Aztec-themed slots provide. I’m also a fan of both the free spins rounds and the fact that you can win jackpots from the Cash Spree feature. 

Yes, it is disappointing that the maximum win isn’t higher than 2,500x. However, if you play the game responsibly, factoring in the volatility level, you can still have an entertaining time on it.
